Hi! I haven't made anything in a while and I found the safe textures in the creative blocks pack and thought it'd be cool to edit it into a CLI inspired command block texture. It uses fixed CTM for top and bottom, and 8 random sides. Feedback appreciated x)

Yep. Just make the CTM file a strip and add a .txt file to it. ;)

There is actually a stone slab CTM earlier in the thread. The lines are nice to have IMO!

My Skype is Shoeboxam, I can walk you through the process of making the CTM stuff. I use some scripts and a template made by a wonderful person on the Minecraft Forums...

    http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1834196-gimp-templates-and-scripts-for-minecraft/
    1. CTM sheet is composed of three sets of textures in four orientations. Make those 12 textures, tile them using the tile filter, place them in the CTM template and the layer masks filter it only to the necessary positions.
    2. Break the CTM template into the 47 tiles using a splitting script.
    3. Save all 47 tiles by layer name using another script.
    4. Place them in texpack with .properties file.

I've been making CTM for the hardened clays, so I've been working on that system.

Can somebody post the chiseled stone bricks CTM files for 1.5.2 because I went and tried the old one and it didn't work because 1.5 has a separate texture system and i don't know how to do CTM

If it can help you I meant the one that Shoe posted onthe Block topic on page 8 :). If you could remake that into the file formats for 1.5 I would be very thankful:D

I had a look at those textures, and I dont think anyone has actually made those for 1.5 and my last attempt at making CTM for stoneslabs failed miserably so I am not even going to attempt it, but if someone wants to give it a shot feel free. Sorry to disappoint :(

Yeah... I don't blame you. I could try it myself but I doubt it's going to work.
    Anyways thanks for your effort.;)
